[Introduction]
　　Located in the southern wing of Yangtze River Delta, and 180 kilometers away from Shanghai, Hangzhou covers a total land area of 16,600 square kilometers and has a population of 6.50 million. It is indeed one of the most dynamic costal cities in China with best development potentials.

　　It has private-owned enterprises of over 7,790, among which 53 local enterprises have joined the ranks of China 500 in the private companies in 2004.
